Coach Troy Waranka joins the Sharks for his 2nd Season. Coach Troy started his coaching career in Ocala Florida with OCA, TC, and then joined the staff at Pedro Menendez High School. Through his Coaching career, he has been responsible for the placement of over 45 student/athletes into College programs both academically and athletically. With 5 currently in D1 programs and achieving success, and 3 in the NFL. Coach Troy is happily married to his wife Chrsitina, and the Father of 7 and grandfather of 2. He resides and calls Jacksonville home.

Coach Troy started as a Quality Control Coach for the 2025 Season, and through his hard work and dedication to the team and community, was offered a full-time position as an Assistant Coach and Director of Football Operations. Coach Troy's goal is to raise the IFL Championship Trophy in Tucson and become a GM in the near future.

Anthony Tanza

Director of Player Personnel

A Saint Augustine native, Anthony enters his fourth season with the Sharks. Since joining the Sharks as an operations intern, he has gradually worked his way up each season to his current role.  

Anthony is a recent graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor's degree in management. While at FAU, he gained valuable experience in the personnel and recruiting department for the Owls football program. He is currently pursuing his MBA with a concentration in sports management at Florida Atlantic.

In his current role, Anthony is responsible for scouting, recruiting, and roster management. His passion for player evaluation and team building drives his motivation towards scouting in the National Football League.

Mike Babineau

Head Equipment Manager

Mike is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management. After spending the past 2 years interning with the Sharks; He is now back for his 3rd year. Now in an official capacity as the head equipment manager. Mike brings 7+ years of football coaching experience at the high school level. Currently serving as the Varsity Running Backs Coach and Junior Varsity Head Coach at Allen D. Nease High School. Mike is originally from Massachusetts. He now resides in Saint Augustine, FL with his wife Erin.

Jordan Liebowitz

Offensive Quality Control

Born and raised in Coral Springs, FL, Jordan is entering his second season with the Sharks. He will be graduating in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and a minor in marketing. 

Andrew McCellan

Quality Control 

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Andrew attended Bishop Kenny High School where he lettered for 3 years. After high school, he returned to his Alma Mater and began coaching the Defensive Line and Long Snappers in the Spring of 2023. Andrew is going into his third season at Bishop Kenny, after a district title last season with the Crusaders. Andrew has also coached and refereed at the youth level at CKAA in Jacksonville Florida for 6 years.
